Terms of Service

Welcome to QuickTix Pro. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use QuickTix Pro.

1. About QuickTix Pro

QuickTix Pro ("we," "us," or "our") is an event ticketing platform that enables event organizers ("Organizers") to sell tickets to the public ("Buyers") for farms, festivals, fairs, and community events. We provide tools for ticket creation, payment processing, QR code delivery, gate check-in, and event management.

QuickTix Pro acts as a technology platform and payment facilitator. We are not the organizer of any event listed on our platform.

2. Account Registration

To list events and sell tickets, Organizers must create an account and submit a merchant application. By registering, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
  • You are authorized to operate the business entity you register.
  • You will maintain the security of your account credentials.

We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or terminate any account at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud or policy violations.

3. Organizer Responsibilities

As an Organizer, you are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy of all event details, including dates, times, location, pricing, and descriptions.
  • Delivering the event as advertised to ticket holders.
  • Complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including permits, licenses, and tax obligations.
  • Establishing and communicating your own refund and cancellation policy to Buyers.
  • Ensuring you have the legal right to host and charge admission for your event.
  • Any claims, disputes, or chargebacks arising from your event.

QuickTix Pro is not responsible for event cancellations, postponements, or any failure by Organizers to deliver promised events.

4. Fees & Payment Processing

QuickTix Pro charges the following fees, which are typically passed to the Buyer at checkout:

  • Per-ticket platform fee based on your plan: Starter ($0.50/ticket), Plus ($0.70/ticket), or Elite ($1.00/ticket).
  • Payment processing fee: 2.95% + $0.20 per transaction.

Payouts to Organizers are made after deducting applicable fees. Payout timing depends on your merchant account status and applicable holding periods. QuickTix Pro reserves the right to withhold payouts in cases of suspected fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations.

All fees are subject to change with 30 days' written notice.

5. Ticket Buyers

Buyers purchase tickets directly from Organizers through the QuickTix Pro platform. By purchasing a ticket, Buyers agree that:

  • Ticket purchases are subject to the Organizer's refund and cancellation policy.
  • QuickTix Pro platform fees and processing fees are non-refundable.
  • Tickets may not be resold or transferred without the Organizer's explicit permission.
  • QR codes are unique per ticket — duplicate or counterfeit tickets will be denied entry.

For refund requests, Buyers must contact the Organizer directly. QuickTix Pro does not issue refunds on behalf of Organizers.

6. SMS & Email Communications

By providing your phone number or email address during checkout, you consent to receive transactional messages from QuickTix Pro and the relevant Organizer, including ticket confirmations, entry reminders, and event updates.

SMS messaging is powered by Twilio. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of non-transactional messages at any time by replying STOP.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use QuickTix Pro to:

  • List fraudulent, misleading, or illegal events.
  • Sell tickets for events you do not have the right to host.
  • Engage in ticket scalping, reselling, or brokering without authorization.
  • Attempt to circumvent our payment systems or fee structure.
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content.
  • Violate any applicable law or third-party rights.

8. Intellectual Property

QuickTix Pro and its logos, software, and content are the intellectual property of QuickTix Pro. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

By uploading event content (images, descriptions, etc.) to our platform, you grant QuickTix Pro a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content for the purpose of operating the platform.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

QuickTix Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickTix Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost profits, event cancellations, or disputes between Organizers and Buyers.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid to QuickTix Pro in the 90 days preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuickTix Pro and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the platform, your events, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or pose a risk to other users or the platform.

Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked. Event data is retained for 180 days for dispute resolution purposes, after which it is deleted.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except where prohibited by law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on your dashboard. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
