This Organizer Messaging Addendum applies when an organizer uses QuickTix Pro to compose, schedule or send messages. It supplements the organizer’s agreement with QuickTix Pro. The organizer is responsible for its message content, audience selection, lawful collection and use of recipient information, and the permissions required for its messaging activity. QuickTix Pro remains responsible for its own obligations and representations.
You must obtain and retain the permission required for the sender, message purpose and sending method before initiating messages. Transaction-related permission must not be used as a substitute for marketing permission. You must not treat a purchase, imported list, business relationship or another organizer’s consent as permission for your promotional texts unless the applicable requirements are independently satisfied.
You must not use purchased, rented or shared lists unless you can establish valid permission for the proposed sender and messages and the use is permitted by the applicable provider. Uploading contacts or selecting an audience does not establish consent and does not guarantee that QuickTix will send to that audience.
Messages must identify the sender accurately and must not be deceptive, unlawful, abusive or inconsistent with the recipient’s permission. Include required opt-out and help information and comply with applicable content, age-related, timing and provider restrictions. You must not disguise advertisements as necessary ticket or event notices.
Do not remove or circumvent required disclosures or suppression controls. Automated or AI-assisted content remains subject to these obligations and must be reviewed before sending. No tool output or platform access constitutes a legal-compliance certification.
Honor withdrawal requests you receive directly, promptly communicate them through the available QuickTix support or suppression process, and do not reimport or otherwise contact suppressed numbers to evade the request. Renewed permission must be documented for the applicable sender and purpose. You must maintain evidence sufficient to show what the person agreed to and provide relevant records when reasonably requested to address a complaint or compliance inquiry.
QuickTix Pro may restrict, suspend or refuse messages or messaging access to address suspected misuse, insufficient consent, provider restrictions or risks to the service. Availability of a send control does not relieve you of your obligations or promise delivery to every selected recipient.
Messaging tools and credits are subject to the price and product conditions presented when purchased. SMS credit purchases, subscriptions and automatic refills require the applicable payment authorization. Paying for messaging does not establish recipient consent.
Use recipient information only for authorized purposes. Do not sell consent records or disclose them to unrelated parties for their own marketing. Protect access credentials, limit staff access appropriately and cooperate with legitimate privacy requests and security investigations. The organizer’s agreement governs the remaining contractual relationship; this addendum does not create a separate waiver of nonwaivable rights.
