SMS Terms

Last updated: September 14, 2026

About the program

QuickTix Pro is operated by Elite Card Processing. These SMS Terms apply when you choose to receive text messages through QuickTix Pro. The organizer or business identified on the consent screen and in the messages is the sender of the program you select. QuickTix Pro provides the technology used to deliver those messages. If you enroll in a program identified as QuickTix Pro’s own program, Elite Card Processing is the sender.

Your consent applies to the identified sender and the purposes described when you enroll. It does not authorize unrelated organizers, referral partners, resellers or payment processors to send promotional texts to you.

Transaction-related messages

When you select an option to receive transaction-related texts, you authorize messages to the mobile number you provide about the purchase, reservation, event or account described at enrollment. Depending on the program, messages may include ticket confirmations, ticket-access information, entry reminders, booking updates and important event changes.

Providing a phone number alone, accepting the general Terms of Service or making a purchase does not enroll you in an optional SMS program. Choosing SMS delivery is optional and is not a condition of buying tickets. You may use the available non-SMS delivery or account-access methods described at checkout.

Promotional messages

If you separately select the marketing SMS option, you authorize recurring promotional text messages, including messages sent using automated technology, from the identified sender to the number you provide. These messages may include event announcements, presales and offers related to that sender’s events or services.

Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or account creation. Permission for ticket or account notifications does not, by itself, authorize promotional texts. Declining marketing texts does not prevent you from completing your purchase.

Frequency, charges and delivery

Message frequency varies according to your transactions, the program and your selections. Your wireless carrier’s message and data rates may apply. Carrier charges are separate from any fees an organizer pays QuickTix Pro for messaging tools.

Messages may be delayed or undelivered because of carrier, network, device or other service conditions. QuickTix Pro and participating carriers do not guarantee message delivery. Do not rely on SMS as your only means of accessing tickets or checking event information. These terms do not limit any rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Stopping messages and obtaining help

Reply STOP to a message to request that texts stop. You may also ask for help or withdrawal of consent by contacting support@quicktixpro.com and identifying the mobile number and program involved. Reply HELP for program support information. Reasonable requests to stop messages do not need to use a particular phrase when the request is otherwise clear.

We will honor withdrawal requests as required by applicable law and messaging-provider requirements. A permitted confirmation of your request may be sent. Stopping texts does not cancel a ticket, reservation or organizer billing subscription. You remain able to use the applicable non-SMS purchase and support channels.

A STOP request may also prevent other QuickTix texts to that number because of shared sending infrastructure and suppression controls. Do not assume transaction-related texts will continue after you opt out. Contact support if you need help accessing your purchase without texts.

If you later wish to receive messages again, use the available enrollment process or contact support. Any renewed permission is limited to the sender and purposes you affirmatively select; it does not automatically authorize marketing from other organizers.

Your mobile number

Provide a number you are authorized to use. Notify the sender or QuickTix Pro if you stop using that number. Do not enroll another person without authority to provide the required consent. A purchaser’s permission to receive texts does not automatically enroll every ticket holder or attendee.

Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Messaging providers process the information needed to provide the program. SMS permission does not grant unrelated parties permission to market to you.

Changes to these SMS Terms will be identified by an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated when required, and new consent will be obtained where necessary. A change in terms does not expand an existing marketing permission beyond its permitted sender and purpose.
